You will be working for an excellent provider in delivering exceptional standards in Care when it comes to live in or home care within the Preston area.

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be providing quality care to all clients, supporting and coordinating the care team in the community, client assessments, care plans and auditing, give training to carers, recruitment and take on new enquiries throughout the role.

You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience of working within the care sector and at least 2/3 years' experience of being a Care Coordinator. You will be able to demonstrate leadership, strong communication and organisation skills, willingness to be adaptable and approachable, and be able to think on your feet and work well within a pressured environment.

The successful candidate will hold a full driver license with access to their own vehicle and have the NVQ or equivalent qualification of a Level 2 upwards.

This is a Full-time position Mon - Fri 40 hours a week 9:30am-5:30pm with a Salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum plus additional benefits and holidays, progression and development opportunities.
