Job Description

Temporary Contract
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
37hrs per week
Pay rate starts at £10.80 Increasing to £12.00 after 12 working weeks
Job Role - Senior Case Admin
Have particular skills in minute taking as this will be the focus of the role in the initial weeks. Proof reading and formating of formal documents in Word and Powerpoint. Can be based in any office in the East Midlands Probation Estate. Must be willing to travel. Felixible working is available including, on some occasions, to be able to work from home.
Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
