Job Description

Job title: Senior Category Manager
Location: Northallerton, Melton, Wakefield or Sheffield
Salary: Band G - £40,000 - £45,000
Contract Type: Permanent

Details of Role:
We are a regional procurement team, led by the government, and our offices are based within the Yorkshire and the Humber Region.
We have recently been assigned to a new project for the procurement and this has provided us with the ability to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Category Manager to join us in the assignment.
The successful Senior Category Manager will be highly experienced professional will have the ability to manage complex collaborative procurement exercises as well as manage a wide stakeholder group.
Key attributes:
" Experience in managing high value category management and delivery of quantifiable procurement efficiencies
" Experience of managing teams
" Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Graduate Diploma (Level 6) and full corporate membership (MCIPS)
" Excellent understanding of procurement legislation
" Excellent understanding of public sector procurement

Eligibility:
