SENIOR CLERICAL OFFICER REQUIRED FOR EDUCATION AUTHORITY
Reporting to the Senior Executive Officer, the Education Authority Northern Ireland's Senior Clerical Officer in the Special Education department will provide efficient and effective clerical support to functional and operational staff.
Duties will include assisting in the monitoring of statutory procedures and processes for children and young people, providing advice and assistance to EA officers, customers, the public and other professionals, supporting the Senior Executive Officer in undertaking research and investigations, assisting in the collation of factual data and statistical information from various sources, preparing letters, minutes, notes, and other clerical support to Officers, assisting in the preparation of materials for courses as appropriate, and providing administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work of the section using the full range of IT equipment including word processing / typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, fax, intranet and internet facilities.
Based in Omagh, the Senior Clerical Officer will work 0900-1700 from Monday to Friday and will earn £10.29 per hour.
