SENIOR CLERICAL OFFICER ROLE BASED IN ARMAGH
Working 36 hours per week between 0900 and 1700 from Monday to Friday with our client who operates within the Education sector , the Senior Clerical Officer will provide advice and assistance to the organisation's Officers, the public, and other professionals; and will support the Senior Executive Officer in conducting research and investigations.
The successful candidate will also assist in the monitoring of statutory procedures and processes for children and young people undergoing statutory assessment, will provide administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work required by the Authority's Special Education Needs Support department, use IT software, update databases, word-process, type, and utilise spreadsheets.
Candidates must have very strong clerical skills, must have good IT experience, and must have a working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
The rate of pay in this role is £10.29 per hour, the role is based in Armagh, and our client would like the Senior Clerical Officer to start as soon as possible.
This is a temporary role but many personnel placed by Brook Street (UK) Ltd stay much longer than the initial term they were placed for and many have been given contracts by our client already in 2021.
