Senior Client Services Manager

Job Description

We have an exciting new role in Islington for an experienced Senior Client service manager to lead a committed and motivated team delivering efficient, high quality, cost effective, client centred services in line with contract requirement, empowering clients to live independently and making it a great place to work for colleagues.
This Service is a 24-hour ex-offenders service made up of 15 rooms, they also have a sister service that is housing management made up of 6 rooms

Requirements
" Previous experience in role within 2 years, if you believe you have transferable skills, but not specific experience please apply
" DBS on the update service or willing to do a new DBS
" Provide 2 references or more covering 5 years work history.


Salary
" This role pays 40,700 per annum
" Monday - Friday 09:00- 05:30 a total of 37.5 hours a week. There is a rota in place, where staff carry out sleep ins however will not be required to complete a sleep in unless very short staffed.
Ideal candidate

The right candidate will manage a team made up of support coordinators and support workers. You will be responsible for attending commissioning and contract meetings, conducting and chairing meets and conducting one to ones with colleagues.

Confident and knowledgeable for ensuring the service is H&S compliant, report on KPI targets and any safeguarding concerns as well as reporting on any major incidents.
