Job Description

We are urgently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager with a minimum of 4 years Compliance experience who has strong experience in the Lloyd's and London Insurance markets to join one of the world's largest reinsurers (which includes it's Lloyd's Syndicate) for a 12 month Maternity contract starting asap.

The key knowledge and skills our client is looking for are:

Fair Values knowledge (FCA)

Product Testing Guidelines implementation

Sanctions processes

Conduct Risk

You will have a strong knowledge of the compliance regulatory framework including PRA and FCA, including the FCA General Pricing Practise requirements

You will have strong analytical with a problem solving approach as well as Project and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and self-organise.

It goes without saying that strong clear communication skills both verbal and written are a must as well as the ability to be a team player, committed to sharing knowledge and further learning.

The role may require attendance at Committee and ad-hoc meetings or to deputise for the Head of Compliance.

The company's UK entities include its Lloyd's Syndicate .

You will also be asked to provide support in respect of European related matters, including but not limited to, new delegated authority arrangements and complaints that arise, and working closely with European colleagues.

IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU HAVE STRONG COMPLIANCE AND CONDUCT RISK EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LLOYD'S AND LONDON INSURANCE MARKETS

SALARY UPTO £85000 plus 10% END OF CONTRACT BONUS

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 wfh
