Senior Concierge Officer - Young People Facing Homlessness!!!

Pay £10.60 per hour, with regular overtime and driving allowance
Fixed term contract - 6 months - with possibility of extension
Sutton/ Greenwich/ Croydon

My client works with young people facing homelessness in London, providing safe homes and support to enable them to achieve their potential. Our clients have helped design our services which makes them truly effective for our funders. Our people make us special, by listening and caring to what really matters

The Concierge Team has successfully operated in Croydon and Sutton for a number of years. The service is expanding and now operates across other London boroughs, therefore we are building an even stronger, versatile and dynamic team to help deliver our business plans.

The job
The role includes:
- First line response to all matters concerning safeguarding and protection of vulnerable.
- Supervising Concierge Officers, ensuring that the Concierge service provides an excellent level of customer service.
- Completing administrative tasks, including writing reports, recording incidents and checking reports completed by Concierge Officers.
- Full training is offered to all successful candidates.

The person
You must be able to work flexibly on a shift rota working mainly throughout the night and weekends plus public holidays.
The successful candidate must be willing to learn and develop new skills and have experience of dealing with complex issues likely to be faced by vulnerable people.
You must have determination to overcome unexpected and unplanned incidents and be able to make decisions and solve problems in a prompt and professional way.
