Senior Conveyancing Solicitor/ Residential COLP

Kenilworth

£40,000 - £50,000

My client is an established and reputable legal services provider in Kenilworth. Providing Probate, Professional Executor and Trustee services.

The company is in the process of expanding and are now looking for a residential COLP to join and drive a newly established ABS working closely with the founding Directors.

You will be focused on managing and growing a new Conveyancing department delivering a high level of conveyancing services to both existing and new clients. You will need the enthusiasm and drive to be a part of that growth and contribute to strategic business, financial and operational planning.

Suitable candidates will have the following:

Extensive post qualification experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor
A current practicing certificate
A thorough understanding of SRA regulations and compliance.
A high level of drive and determination
Good man-management ability
Ability to inspire and lead a close-knit team
A desire to take on a high level of responsibility and reap the benefits
Excellent business development skills
Ambition supported by talent and work ethic
A quality focused approach in all areas
Extensive experience of the full residential conveyancing process from start to finish
