Job Description

I am looking for Credit Controllers to join my Bradford based client to work on their Australian account, Depending on the season hours of work will be 10pm - 6am or 12pm - 8am.

Candidates must have a background within credit control.

Responsibilities will be:
Chasing aged and larger debts
Dealing with complaints, escalations and complex queries
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Inbound and outbound calls
Ensuring all records are updated with the correct information
Chasing and processing payments
Working a mixture of telephony and admin tasks

My client is offering a salary of £26,000.
