Job Description

My client is looking for a senior customer service advisor and your main duties will include:
- Being accountable for the day to day operations associated with more complex/technical processes and queries/issues/complaints from employers, internal and external customers,
- You will be maintaining key data,
- Carry out verification checks to ensure employers are paying the correct amount of Levy and claiming the correct grant.

Essential Skills:
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and positive attitude
Possesses drive, enthusiasm and professionalism
Good customer service skills - Dealing with employers who are angry or upset, being sympathetic and empathetic.
