We are currently working with a luxury eyewear company based in West London, who are looking for a German speaking Senior Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Account Management expert who is looking for career progression as there will be future development into a Team Leader role for the right candidate.
- Provide daily support to German and UK customer accounts
- Support the Sales Brand Managers working in the field
- Provide over the phone training and technical product support
- Monitor customer orders on a daily basis
- Log all communication on the customer management system
- Manage and solve issues/conflicts with customer accounts
- Provide mentorship and training to other members of the team
To be considered for this role, you must display the following:
- Several years expertise within a Customer Service/Account Management role dealing with B2B customers
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Confident providing mentorship and support to peers
- Fluent in German and English
