Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Senior Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant for a contract until June 2019 based in Reading (but 80% international Travel)

Job Description

The Consultant in Enterprise Services delivers technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximise their investment in technology in diverse customer environments. Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, these consultants will work with partners to assist customers in the delivery of high-quality engagements around the solution areas, technologies, services and products in diverse client environments.? You will play a key role in managing partners and off-shore teams as part of the overall services delivery model.

Additionally, you will contribute to the mapping of industry specific requirements to the functions of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. Identifying solution gaps and developing solution options, such as the inclusion of components from Independent Software Vendors, other products or customer-specific customisation's, is also crucial in this role.

Candidate Requirements

Must be able to code and customise Dynamics CRM

Willingness to travel across EMEA (80% mobility) - focus at the moment is Switzerland and NL CRMO latest version experience
