Senior Executive Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to deliver comprehensive operational support and personal administrative assistance to meet the increasing diverse range of support required by the Senior Leadership Team for a fantastic employer
This is a 3 month position with the opportunity to apply for a permanent position within the business
Duties:
- Filter calls, emails and other correspondence and prioritise tasks
- Draft, review and prepare correspondence
- Make day to day decisions regarding the SLT's agenda
- Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Diary management and minute taking
- Compiling confidential and specialist management information for the SLT
- Collating data, using spreadsheets, and providing analysis in a clear, uncomplicated format
- Promote equality and diversity in working practices to maintain positive working relationships
- Risk management
Essential criteria:
- Educated to A level or equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant at a senior level
- Experience of complex diary management (including organising travel itineraries - domestic and worldwide)
- Excellent IT skills
- Personal organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
Desirable criteria:
- Ability to communicate in Welsh
- Experience of servicing meetings/committees at a senior level
