My public sector client based in Sutton Coldfield is looking for an Intervention Team Delivery Support to support the delivery of their annual portfolio of works programme. This is a temporary on-going assignment Monday to Friday paying £16.38 p/hr, full time 37.50 hours a week.
The role will require you to be responsible for supporting the establishment and delivery of an annual portfolio of works programme for their customers. This will include support in the management and programming of all fuels, gas, fire, asbestos, electric and so forth which are critical assets as part of their infrastructure portfolio across the estate.
You will be expected to liaise with Regional Delivery leads and so being able to communicate at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders is important. You will also need to provide support for operational priorities and requirements and provide assistance to the Top-Level Budget Holders therefore building a comprehensive knowledge of their objectives and sites
Part of your role will be to identify risks and performance issues affecting delivery and escalate to the Intervention Team Manager as appropriate. You will also need to report any risks and issues impacting delivery. You will be able to do this through collating data and analysing material and identifying future trends. You will also need to be able to take minute and complete general administration duties
As with most administrative roles you will need to have strong IT skills (e.g. O365, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project etc.) and be able to manipulate, compile and interpret data in Excel and PowerPoint; producing presentation material where necessary. There may be some limited travel and the requirement to attend meetings and events.
