My Guildford based client is seeking an experienced Finance / office Administrator to join there well established technology company.
This role is extremely varied and will be a combination of Finance and general office administration assisting in the HR department producing contracts, offers, fleet management and personnel management.
The ideal candidate will have experience completing Monthly Management Account reports and spreadsheets, review and audit financial statements and spreadsheet reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct, Prepare VAT returns and quarterly corporation tax payments and assist with year-end statutory accounts and external accountancy audit preparations.
This role require someone with excellent excel skills and if you have your AAT qualifications this would be an advantage.
