My client is currently seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant to join their residential home in the Bromley/Bickley area. The purpose of this role is to ensure that a high standard of care is provided and maintained by supervising the work of Care Assistants and supporting residents in all aspects of their care and daily living whilst contributing to the efficient running of the care home.

To be successful, the right candidate must have the following essential experience and skills:
-NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or equivalent.
-An understanding and empathy with people with Disability physical and older people.
-Good organisational and communication skills.
-Personal motivation and enthusiasm.
-An ability to work as part of a team.
-Participate in providing a stimulating environment for residents.
-Promote holistic care for residents.
-Follow guidelines of SOVA.

The contracted weekly hours will be 35 hours per week, 5 days a week. This may include some weekends depending on the home needs. The working hours are 07:15am- 7:45pm or 19:15pm-07:15am.
