Job Description
Are you a strong administrator and looking for a way into the HR industry? Then this job is for you!
We are looking for a Senior Hr Administrator to join our growing team and to work the hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. Your day to day duties are as follows:
-Assist in delivery of the end to end recruitment process which includes the application process for new starters, co-ordination of interviews, pre recruitment assessments, including conducting practical tests (Highway Code and traffic signals), alongside co-ordination of driving tests.
-Administration of new starter and leaver processes plus assisting with the production of offer letters and contracts as required.
-Undertake application of DBS checks for starters and current employees.
-Administrative support with regards to disciplinary and grievance procedures.
-Identify training requirements for staff members and update HR database with training certificates.
-Support the Head of HR in the successful delivery of HR projects.
