Business Partner & Senior HR Advisor - Woking

£30,000 to £37,000 per year depending on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity working part of an amazing company within a friendly, vibrant team. The client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice to Managers and Staff on companies policies and health and saftey procedures
• Supporting the HR teams and managers on all functions of HR (including payroll, disciplinaries, grievance, performance and training new staff members
• Working closely with the recruitment team to set up new starters.
• Maintaining and building new relationships with new clients.
• Advising staff on all inhouse systems.
• Client visits

Experience Needed

• CIPD fully qualified.
• Experience of working in a Generalist HR Role.
