Brook Street is working with a growing and successful company. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor. This is a full-time, permanent and hybrid working opportunity, with an attractive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate must have experience with mergers, TUPE or acquisitions.

Duties

• To build strong professional relationships and attend meetings at a senior level.
• To provide support to management on employee relations.
• To train line managers on all aspects of people management.
• To identify issues and trends and proactively find solutions related to HR.
• To work closely with other departments to support recruitment and onboarding.
