I am currently looking for a CIPD level 5/7 Senior Hr Advisor for a client in Bradford. The role is temporary and for approximately 4 months to cover Maternity Leave.
The hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and the salary is between 32K to 40K per annum depending upon experience.
I require an individual who is very experienced and able to support on the following areas/& skill set
" ER formal and informal casework work including complex cases,
" Experienced at preparing formal paperwork for Formal ER Hearings,
" Experienced at supporting investigations, and preparing outcome reports,
" Organisational change, and engaging people,
" HR Projects,
" People and OD work,
" Recruitment advice & support to managers, including undertaking external benchmarking,
" Developing/updating HR Policy training slides and delivering to groups of staff, mainly managers,
" Drafting and issuing of HR reports and communications, with an excellent attention to detail.
" Ability to provide sound HR advice, aligned to our HR Policies and in line with employment legislation,
" Ability to deal with managers and Directors/Deans at all levels, juggling competing ever changing priorities.
