Job Description

Do you have working experience in operational HR working within a HR environment? Are you CIPD qualified or working towards?

Day to Day duties include -
" Providing a value added service by engaging with Key Stakeholders
" Day to day responsibility for providing guidance, advice, coaching and hands-on support for managers and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle
" Effectively delivering people policies and processes (performance management, talent management, absence management and ER) through coaching and building capabilities of managers
" Supporting the culture of employee engagement and well-being to deliver improved business performance
" Working with the management team to ensure optimal resourcing levels are maintained
" Promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity
" Supporting with people-related transformation and change initiatives
" Responsibility for any HR administration duties associated with workload including SAP system

" 3 years generalist operational HR work experience working within an HR environment. Contact Centre industry experience would be an advantage
" Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards
" Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
