Our Cardiff based client is looking for a Senior HR Advisor
Salary is up to £30,000 plus a quarterly bonus, onsite parking, pension, this is a hybrid and office working role
A HR Manager is required to implement and monitor HR policies and procedures and provide improvements where possible. As well as providing support and guidance to managers and employees.
¢ Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees by providing positive approaches to people management
¢ Produce, develop and implement policies including performance management and absence management
¢ Develop, maintain and lead on recruitment processes and procedures
¢ Develop, maintain and lead on the Induction and ongoing training processes as well as working with managers in monitoring and maintaining up to date training records in accordance with SOP 04.07
¢ Promote a positive work environment that supports the health and wellbeing of employees
¢ Maintain personnel and other H.R. files
