Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR advisor with experience of managing a high level of case work to work in a busy educational setting based in Bradford.

Key elements of the role:
o To work alongside the Senior HRBP Team in supporting the strategic and operational HR guidance Service to Faculties/Directorates.
o To contribute to the provision of effective day to day HR service delivery to the Faculty/Directorates.
o Support the implementation and delivery of key HR/OD projects for both the Faculty/Directorate and, as appropriate, the wider University.
o To contribute as a member of the University HR team to the development and delivery of HR.

This is a temporary assignment for 3 months.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience but in the region of £18.50 an hour.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
