My client is currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the growing team on a permanent basis.

A leading insurance company with over 200 employees are growing in business and need your help!


The day to day activities will include supporting performance management, HR administration and management of data on there systems.
There is a requirement to build strong relationships with all staff and support the business.

-Previous experience working as a HR specialist
-Generalist HR knowledge
-Superb communication, negotiation and presentation skills
-Up to date employment legislation knowledge
-Commercial mindset and the ability to relate all HR activity to the delivery of business goals

£25000 - £35000 dependent on experience, free parking, dress down days, free refreshments
