Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast , a leading housing association who are seeking for a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Belfast on a permanent basis.

You will be required to manage the delivery of the corporate learning and development programme, in line with the Association business plan.

To lead a team within the HR department to deliver and develop a range of core HR services to allocated client areas, in line with the corporate HR business plan, legislative and regulatory requirements.

Whilst the role will have as its primary focus the design, delivery and management of the corporate Learning & Development programme, the post-holder will also have an allocated client group to which they and their reporting team will deliver a range of core HR services.

Duties
Develop, deliver, and coordinate the corporate learning and development programme to align with corporate objectives and learning needs, ensuring delivery is timely, effective and fit for purpose.

Oversee a high standard of service delivery of reporting HR team, ensuring a professional customer focussed service of all core HR services, which aligns with corporate values, requirements and key performance indicators, in respect of both internal and external stakeholders.

Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on all aspects of performance management, embedding of a culture which embraces the organisation`s corporate aims and objectives and drives continuous improvement.

Support the HR manager in the development and delivery of the annual HR business plan, including, the development of the corporate learning and development programme, the identification and embedding of HR service improvements and continuous improvement activity, e.g., ISO

Criteria

Level six qualification (e.g., Bachelor`s Degree, Graduate diploma), or above, in HR or a business-related discipline or equivalent, or minimum Chartered member CIPD AND at least two years` experience in an HR/L&D role in respect of a client group with at least 100 employees.

OR At least 4 years` (gained in the last 10 years) experience in an HR/L&D role in respect of a client group with at least 100 employees.
