Our client based in Belfast City Centre is seeking a Senior HR Officer. The role will commence early Jan 2020
Our client is a NI based charity, supporting adults and children with disabilities.
Our client has advised us that the role is temporary for 6-8 weeks and full time hours of 37 hours per week
The successful applicant will be undertaking a wide range of HR core competency responsibilities such as Recruitment & Selection; Payroll; Employee relations; Employee Engagement; overseeing general HR administration. You also manage a team of 3 employees.
It is essential that the applicant has 3rd Level business related qualification and associate membership of C.I.P.D or CIPD level 5 qualification and at least 2 years continuous experience in a HR related role.
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate between £13.67 to £14.03 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
