The is will be a part time, office based role. The role is 3.5 days and our client will be flexible with the working days. The role is for 6 months with potential for extension.
The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team of HR staff, responsible for the maintenance of effective employee relations and equality service
You are a good fit for this role, if you have effective organisational and supervisory skills, evidence of ability to work as a team member, have knowledge and understanding of HR in a large public sector organisation, understand the role and function of the employee relation department, Human resources policies and procedures, spreadsheet design and reporting and employment legislation
Part of the shortlisting criteria for qualifications are: A University degree or equivalent qualification plus 1 years in Human Resources at first line Management level, or, certificate in personel, recognised by CIPD, PLUS 2 Years experience in a Human resources department at a first line management level, or, 3 years, experience in Human Resources dept, one year of which, must have been at a first line management level, first line management is defined as a holding responsibility for an indefiable area of work which includes the Management of staff .ie Health and Social Care Band 4 or equivalent
You will be paid an hourly rate of 19.52 per hour for this position
