Job Description

We are currently looking for a 5 plus years pqe senior lawyer in Corporate Commercial/Business Law.

The team currently consists of a Partner supported by an able assistant. We are looking for an ambitious senior lawyer to initially assist our current senior lawyer in the more complex matters, and in the medium term to step up into the role of heading up that team. They must be well versed in the full range of company and commercial, and corporate work; from disposals and acquisitions, to drafting shareholder agreements and contract terms. Whilst a following is preferable it is not essential; what is essential is the ability to market themselves and the team, match ambition and drive with the ability to work effectively within their team and with their colleagues in the firm at large.
