Senior Management Accountant

Salary - £35,000 to £45,000 + great benefits.

Core working hours - 9:30am to 4:30pm, otherwise flexible working hours are in place.

I am recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant to join a fantastic and friendly team in the South of Lincolnshire. My client is looking for a driven and focused individual to come in and make a difference! The successful candidate will be either CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, have a proven track record of working with Stakeholders and Operational staff, they will need to be able to use own initiative and work under pressure. The Senior Management Accountant will be responsible for mentoring Junior Finance staff, bank reconciliations, building relationships with stakeholders & board members, analysis & productions of management accounts. Communication skills will be pivotal.
