Senior Manager - £48,250

My client has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate to help support and develop the new Business standards function within the private Security Sector. You will be an expert in standards and scheme design working closely with the Head of Business Standards being for developing and managing schemes of approval within the private security sector. You will be responsible for developing and managing schemes to maximise industry engagement, inclusion, encourage improvement and drive service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Experience of business planning and budgetary responsibility.
Experience in the development and implementation of strategies designed to raised standards of individual performance
Experience at strategic level of developing and implementing standards for individual performance, qualifications frameworks and/or frameworks for continuous professional development
Experience of developing mechanisms to drive standards in the delivery of training
Effective at motivating a team to meet goals and objectives.
Effective people management skills, including performance management.
Demonstrates good analytical and report writing skills.
Good communication, influencing and presentation skills are required with the ability to make, recommend and influence business decisions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrates innovation through the generation of new ideas.
Experience in developing and implementing strategies designed to raise standards
Risk assessment experience
Relationship management experience
A forward-thinking attitude, can get to grips with and put own stamp on a project, driving initiative
good influencing, analytical, presentation skills
Educated to degree level

There is flexibility on where the role will be based it can be carried out at Head Office London or it can be carried out remotely).
