Brook Street Recruitment is currently recruiting a Senior Marketing & Research Officer on behalf of our Belfast client

Responsibilities/ Duties

* You will assist in the development and delivery of marketing and communication strategy and delivery this dynamic material to a diverse range of customers.
* You will report on effectiveness and return on investment of campaigns using metrics.
* You will oversee the highest quality of production, design and publication of key corporate publications and work closely with managers to promote and deliver PR marketing campaigns.
* Take the lead in managing and delivering research projects and review the research others have done and what outcomes they have achieved.
* Analyse trends from customer feedback and liaise with managers and directors to develop improvement action plans.
* Manage coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results.

Essential Criteria:

* Level 6 qualification (Bachelor's degree) or above in a related discipline such as marketing, communications or business or 5 year's experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to conflicting deadlines in
order to deliver within target and budget
* At least two year's experience of managing staff which should include directing and
delegating work to meet team and organisational objectives.
* A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport

Desirable

* Experience delivering digital projects (including social media, website and intranet
projects)
* Demonstrable experience of research and insight using qualitative and quantitative
methodologies
