Job Description

We are currently working with an outstanding membership organisation based in Central London, recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join them on a fixed term contract basis starting as soon as possible, ending on 31st March 2021. Your main focus will be to raise awareness amongst University students who are interested in starting a career within nursing, recruiting these students and ensuring they are retained so that they stay with the organisation once they qualify.

Salary: £43,821 (including London allowance)

Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm plus travel with overnight stays when required

Key Responsibilities:
- Raising awareness of the company amongst students who are interested pursuing a career in nursing
- Recruiting (mostly face to face) nursing students at university
- Retaining students so they stay with the organisation when they qualify
- Work with colleagues throughout the UK to ensure the marketing materials are appropriate, delivered on time to the correct events and evaluated

To be considered:
- Expertise in marketing at middle to senior level including experience of market research, strategy, planning and evaluation
- Knowledge of events coordination and logistics planning
- Proven ability to develop digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Capability of working with internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Expertise in managing business processes, e.g operational planning, project management, risk management and budget setting
