Job Description

SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Your life as a senior marketing executive

This role is part of the property management team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Proposition and helping them to support the wider marketing team. You will be responsible for creating the annual marketing plan for your areas of the business, managing budgets to deliver a return on investment for all activities and keeping a close eye on results.

On a day-to-day basis, your focus will be helping to grow the business through offline and online campaigns and creating customer-focused content for our estate management, commercial and franchising areas of the business. Always putting the customer first, building relationships and communication channels at all levels will be central to your success.

What you'll do
Your role will typically include:
o o Scheduling and implementing projects and activities in the marketing plan
o o Copywriting for social media, website and marketing campaigns
o o Creating content including customer case studies, stats and facts, infographics, videos, press releases, interviews, award entries and articles
o o Delivering customer-focused campaigns such as email newsletters and postcard mailers
o o Managing marketing requests from both the core business and franchisees
o o Writing creative briefs and liaising with internal graphic designers to create visual content
o o Liaising with printers, publications and external agencies
o o Monitoring social media and online listings, liaising with the business to ensure feedback is actioned
o o Analysing online activity, measuring KPIs and creating metrics
o o Supporting the wider marketing team with task management, proofing and approvals and troubleshooting and deputising for the Head of Marketing where necessary
o o Organise internal and external events and workshops
o o Ordering print and promotional items
o o Any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager

The ideal candidate

We're looking for a skilled marketer who wants to make a difference and won't let anything stand in the way of doing the right thing. You need to be passionate about brand and customer experience and really know your stuff when it comes to the latest developments in online and offline marketing as well as having:

o o A degree-level qualification and at least four years' marketing experience
o o Experience of working with remote teams across different offices
o o Excellent copywriting and communication skills
o o The ability to meet and embrace tight deadlines
o o A knack for managing competing priorities and keeping stakeholders informed
o o Experience of marketing operations systems for website content management, email marketing and social media
o o An inquisitive mind to translate the complexities of leasehold and compliance for our customers
o o Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening

And, ideally, but not vitally:
o A marketing qualification o Experience of team leadership or coaching
o o Some experience in the property industry
o o Design skills and knowledge, particularly of Adobe Creative Suite
o o Experience of both B2B and B2C marketing
o o A flexible, can-do attitude
