Are you are an experienced Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital and offline marketing and do you have a fantastic eye for detail gained as a result of your copywriting and proof reading experience?
You will be using your digital and email marketing expertise to drive increased revenue and delegate attendance to our industry recognised portfolio of legal training courses.
In this job role you will also have the opportunity to help develop the marketing strategy of the business.

Ideally you will have a strong events marketing background along with experience of managing a number of campaigns at the same time using a range of digital and offline marketing channels.
Other responsibilities include:
" Producing reports and conducting detailed analysis of client demographics and purchase behaviour to inform marketing decisions and improve customer segmentation
" Management of the marketing team's email schedule and continuous development to improve emails on a weekly basis
" Execution of marketing campaigns to drive revenue for a large number of public courses, webinars and online courses
" Utilising CRM tools for the selection, segmentation and maintenance of data to increase effective targeting, response/conversion rates whilst staying GDPR compliant
" Work with the content team to feed ideas for the production of content-based marketing to increase engagement with clients
" Communicating with members to raise awareness of membership benefits and increase renewal rates
" Manage the whole process from design to reporting of the full range of training brochures on time and on budget
" Maintain budget reports and distribute to stakeholders on a monthly basis
" Pulling together KPI and Google Analytics tracking information and reporting these to senior stakeholders
" Effectively work with the design team providing accurate briefs and constructive feedback to produce quality design images
" Work with design and distribution team to ensure all direct mail pieces are sent out on time
" Management of the Marketing inbox, dealing with any incoming requests and ensuring the website is up to date and correct
So what skills and experience do you need?
" Sufficient experience in a similar role involving creating innovative marketing campaigns utilising the full marketing mix and segmenting client data to deliver targeted messaging to relevant audiences
" Outstanding copywriting and proof reading skills with the ability to quickly create engaging copy for a wide range of topics and demonstrate a strong attention to detail
" Experience of using digital marketing including email, social, SEO, PPC as part of integrated campaigns
" Experience in Google Analytics to track client behaviour and report on key metrics
" Good Excel skills with capability of creating detailed analysis of customer data, campaign results and ROI
" Confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders on marketing KPIs and campaigns
" Understanding of managing customer data as well as acquisition of prospect data including knowledge of data protection regulations
" Good relationship building skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and communicate requirements and expectation
" Educated to degree-level or equivalent
" Knowledge of the legal market an advantage
" IDM/CIM or other marketing qualification an advantage
