Working for a Cloud IT Tech business who are leaders in their field, the Senior Network Engineer will be offering technical support to customers with network issues that have been escalated so experience of a customer support role is essential within IT. The successful candidate will be the senior technical point of contact for users who are experiencing Network issues that the Service Desk cannot fix.
The Senior Network Engineer will also manage the Network Engineers.
We're looking for somebody who is a team player and able to be on-call as part of the on-call rota for customers who experience issues outside of normal working hours. The Senior Network Engineer will also carry out on-site installations and repairs where required and be adept at escalating to third parties for issues that require further technical support.
As a Cloud Network Engineer, knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Based Computing are essential, as you'll be a leader in your field, delivering on the customers' requirements. The Network Engineer will also have experience of IPv4 / IPv6 addressing & routing, OSPF, VLAN's and VPN's. In addition, the Senior Network Engineer will also be responsible for managing Network Engineers & have Enterprise WiFI experience.
