As a Senior Online Advertising Specialist, you'll play one of the key roles in the team of online advertising expert specialists through managing a portfolio of the top international clients.
You will be responsible for planning and executing their paid search, social and display strategies as well as identifying new opportunities to grow accounts that are assigned to you.
You will analyse accounts performance, generate and report on insights and deliver a high impact and quality service to our top clients.
From time to time you may be required to travel to a variety of European and USA destinations to visit our clients or participate at industry events.
Essential skills and competencies required in the role:
o An extensive practical online campaign management experience (in- house or agency) of multiple, large media accounts with combined monthly budgets of at least £100,000 per month
o Proven track record of achieving growth for large scale PPC campaigns, preferably in a B2B, tourism or education environment
o Proven track record of achieving growth for programmatic campaigns
o Commercial acumen focused on achieving balance between maximising business profit & delivering exceptional customer results
o Self-starting, proactive and highly adaptable to change individual with a growth-mindset and positive attitude
o Confident and assertive communicator with stakeholders at all levels
o Strong analogical skills
o Excellent presentation skills
o Ability to think strategically
o Ability to think creatively to identify and resolve problems
o Passion about digital marketing and keeping abreast of industry trends and developments globally
o Experience at pitching services to existing clients and prospects
o Auditing existing accounts in order to identify improvement ideas
o Advanced practical knowledge of Google Ads
o Advanced practical knowledge of Google Analytics
o Excellent knowledge on tracking methods and Google Tag Manager
o Good practical knowledge of Bing Ads
o Strong working experience with attribution models
o Good knowledge of automation methods incl. scripts
Benefits and Salary
The salary for this post is between £28,000 and £35,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be placed on the salary scale according to their experience.
