Senior PA/ Secretary

Job Description

Are you a high level PA/Secretary with experience supporting Senior/Board level?
This is a very important and responsible role within the company, so you must have experience working for senior members of staff/at Director level.

You will ideally be available immediately as the company are looking to start this role on a temporary to permanent basis however permanent candidates will still also be considered.

Your duties will include taking minutes, diary management, preparation of papers for meetings, travel arrangements, drafting correspondence and other similar documentation.

You will be discreet, professional, polished, highly literate, smartly presented and used to working within a conservative environment. You will be self-sufficient, calm under pressure and able to work on their own initiative.
