Brook Street Recruitment is currently working with our Accountancy Practice client in Belfast to source a Senior Payroll Operator

The successful candidate will join a growing team in a very busy role that requires exceptional attention to detail and would suit a highly organised, flexible individual who is accurate and used to dealing with a wide variety of duties within payroll and is able to prioritise their workload.

Responsibilities:

Processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis
Managing VAT Returns
Preparation/ Filing of Tax Returns
Producing payslips, statutory returns and reports
Managing year end statutory returns
Processing payroll for both the UK and ROI
Preparing year end accounts

Criteria:

ACA/ Tax Qualified - 1-2 years PQE
Minimum of Two-year's experience
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel essential.
Applicants must have a proven track record with Sage
Payroll bureau experience desired but not essential

Salary will be dependent on background - 28-30k
City centre location
