Senior Pensions Administrato - (12 months FTC Mat Cover)

Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator looking to move into a more, senior position? Are you currently looking for a new challenge?

Have you got experience supervising in an office environment, checking employee's work?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company`s main North West office in the South Liverpool area, you will have over five years in the pension industry and be experienced in dealing with client contacts in a current or previous role.

Your day to day responsibilities in the role include:
Interacting with client contacts in a professional manner.
Being responsible for allocating of work to Pension Administrators alongside the completion of your own work.

Planning both daily and weekly actions to ensure work is completed within the agreed timescales.

Carrying out a full range of administrative tasks that are required for a portfolio of the client schemes to enable team focus is achieved.

Providing training, supervising and checking the work of Pensions Administrators and junior staff.

To meet the requirements of the client, you must have the following experience and skills:

At least 5 years experience in a Pensions focused role or within the pensions industry.

Ideally have a good knowledge of pensions scheme which would include: Defined Benefit or Contribution, CARE, AVC and Hybrid.

Came from previous contact and built external relationships with client contacts (scheme members, trustees) to investment managers, bankers and insurance companies.
