Senior People Systems Analyst
Watford Hybrid Working 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri

9 month`s fixed term contract with a possible extension.

You will be working for my client who are a national charity, with Head Office based in Watford. This is a hybrid role with some working hours to be in London head office.
You will provide high level human capital management expert technical and solution focused services to enable the implementation, application and development of our HR and Payroll systems and infrastructure (i.e. Midland HR iTrent).

Tasks to include:
" Provide technical expertise to enable resolution of all levels up to major and complex incidents, in accordance with the ITIL Incident Management methodology ensuring Service Levels are met, records and documentation maintained.
" Be a technical lead within the specialist area of expertise for human capital management development projects, designing and guiding the implementation of their requirements, including preparation of documentation and training for all users.
" Develop, monitor and regularly test, core human capital management systems and their service and disaster recovery procedures, including system recovery, liaising with technology colleagues and 3rd party vendors responding immediately or referring to senior management when risks are identified.
" Work collaboratively with stakeholders and directorates to enable the efficient, effective and innovative use of human capital management systems within their functions.
" Implement and monitor the security of our human capital management systems, and user activity. and responding immediately to threats and breaches, undertaking the appropriate corrective action to maintain security, and deal with inappropriate use.

What we need from you:
" Significant in-depth experience of I Trent and Business Objects reporting
" Track record of successfully delivering projects applying project management methodology and ITIL framework.
" Experience of working in service support environment and working with stakeholders
" Understand cyber security principles and of data protection and the implications for data stored in CRM systems
" Competence in systems and infrastructure installation as relevant to the role.
" Working knowledge of one or more of the following: SQL, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint.
