**Senior Project Coordinator - PMO analyst**

Hours - Full time Monday-Friday

Salary - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Location - Hybrid working 2/3 days In Colchester office

About the Job

As a senior project coordinator, you will be working across project teams and sub-contractors to measure and report KPI performance whilst ensuring process compliance. You will be involved in a host of senior duties that include but are not limited too -

  • Collating and reporting KPI performance across project teams and sub-contractors
  • Coordinate definition, review and update of all design and build processes
  • Own and manage the department's documentation and information security strategy including change management
  • Preparation and maintenance of risk, issues and actions logs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the project management framework, processes and standards

Integral to this role is ensuring you coordinate process definition, review and update with process owners and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the companies excellent design and build performance

About You

In order to be considered for this role you must be ambitious and have the knowledge, creativity, drive and determination to positively impact the lives of those in the community. The key skills/experience we are looking for is -

  • Experience in process management
  • Experience in performance management
  • Experience maintaining reports and governance frameworks
  • Project management qualification (desirable)
  • ISO 9001/27001 (desirable)
