Senior Property Coordinator
WATFORD
£25,355 PA
The Senior Property Coordinator role will be an interesting and varied one where you`ll be responsible for making sure our premises remains a safe place for our customers, residents and staff to use. Working closely with our Property Services team and teams across the business, the Senior Property Coordinator will administrate, report on and challenge maintenance and compliance across all our sites.
My Clients premises are constantly evolving so the post holder will also be involved with various projects; advising on one-off developments to tendering frameworks, cost saving activities, SLA auditing and liaising with compliance bodies.


Key Duties

" Ensure all legislative compliance adhered to including but not limited to; Electrical Testing, Asbestos, Gas, Legionella, Fire risk Assessment, Lifts, Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting; administration of compliance and accidents.
" Completing and regularly reviewing risk assessments for all relevant activities, operations and environments.
" Liaising with customers, contractors, colleagues and others to identify health and safety risk areas, coordinate actions to ensure mitigation is effectively implemented.
" To co-ordinate the continuous improvement of the work of the Property Services team, policies and procedures, specifically compliance; mechanical and electrical service provision.
" Ensuring all Health & Safety related policies, procedures, rules and regulations are in place, regularly reviewed and updated, meet audit requirements, communicated and are adhered to by colleagues
" To maintain records and systems associated with managing contracts, leases and agreements, scanning all new leases and agreements and reviewing and collating documentation.
" Prepare specifications and contract documentation, manage the tender process, and contracts, for all property maintenance and improvement works.
You will need to have:

" NEBOSH or IOSH qualified
" Demonstrable experience of working in a safety, compliance and repairs role
" Extensive technical knowledge of health and safety regulations, governance and compliance.
" Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, within a variety of different communication channels.
" Current driving licence with full time use of personal transport.
