Job Description

Are you a Property or Senior Property Manager that is looking to join a rapidly growing company that provide freehold management as well as lettings and management services? Are you a highly motivated, career driven candidate who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for management?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s newly refurbished offices within the Liverpool city centre, you will be joining the Liverpool office and join a very busy team that are currently handling the demands of an ever-growing and expanding portfolio.

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £28,000-£32,000 (solely based on experience).
Suitable working hours across a Mon-Fri period.

Day to day duties in this role include:

Overseeing property managers that would be below you in the team.
Ensure that targets are met across your property portfolio.
Setting KPI`s and then tracking them on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Handling all staff appraisals and delivering feedback to the team as and when necessary.
Implementing the right policies and procedures across the team.
Continuously reporting to the Head of Lettings and Directors.
Coordinating tenants finds and maintenance.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Experienced in a property or senior property management role (5 + years as a minimum).
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment within property.
Confident both working towards KPI targets but also delivering them to staffing.
