Are you knowledgeable of ISO processes (9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and 14001)? and experience and knowledge of how to use a Vernier and micrometer?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s head office in the Runcorn area, you will be experienced working in a small to medium factory environment and be willing to work on the shop floor in the need of gaining knowledge of process and parts.

Benefits for this role include:

A competitive basic salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

20 days holiday allowance (8 days bank holidays also)

Suitable working hours around 08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs and 07:30-16:00 Friday`s.

Free on site car parking facilities.

Your day to day duties in this role will include:

Handling meetings with customers and suppliers and willing to travel to meet them off site or at their own location.
Dealing with internal and external quality issues.
Dealing with any issues on the shop floor.
Performing internal audits and audits of suppliers.
Following strict processes and being able to police them.

To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Experienced in using SAGE 50 software
Previous engineering experience
Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
Experienced in using a Vernier and micrometer.
Experienced in working on a shop floor and in a smaller factory environment.
