Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of a innovative and creative business for a Customer Care Coordinator based on the outskirts of Cambridge.
This is permanent position working the hours of 8.30 AM - 5 PM Monday to Wednesday however there could be on occasion evening and weekend events.
Duties of the role:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients.
- Greet walk ins. Schedule tours and send confirmation emails.
- Manage member check ins.
- Assist with managing events by ordering food and beverages.
- Assist with move ins and move outs and host events where necessary.
What are we looking for:
- A passion for the hospitality industry,showcasing brilliant organisation skills and attention to detail.
- High level of passion and urgency for prioritisation.
- Proficient in a variety of applications as such as : Excel, Word & Outlook
