Senior Receptionist - Telford - £16910pa

A fantastic opportunity for a people focused individual to join an established business in Telford who are specialists in the hospitality field.

The role:


You will be working a 40 hour standard week which will include weekends predominantly between 9am -5pm, however you will need to have a flexible approach to your working hours as you will be expected to work outside of these hours to accommodate events. You will be front of house dealing with visitors both face to face and via the telephone ensuring that you manage expectations and deliver a quality service. You will need to support and mentor other team and produce work rotas to ensure that the reception area is fully manned at all times. In this senior position you will be responsible for completing room checks to ensure housekeeping meets the company expectations.

The Person:

Well presented
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role in a face to face situation.
Well organised
Be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
