Senior Recruiter/Talent Sourcer
London Paddington
Contract is 18 months

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Senior Recruiter/Talent Sourcer. This is a contract role based in London for 18 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: up to £68,551 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter/Talent Sourcer with previous experience of recruiting senior level professionals for the Corporate Functions (HR, Finance and Legal). Based in London, the ideal candidate will have previous experience of recruiting roles based outside of the UK.

You will be responsible for identifying, mapping, approaching and assessing talent around the world. Working with locally based recruiters you will research the markets and build relationships with external talent for current and pipeline roles. You will also be responsible for managing and driving the recruitment processes from identification through to the interview, and must be comfortable building strong external networks and selling our Global IT Client's company story to candidates.

Responsibilities
A typical day in this role can include:
o Extensive direct sourcing and candidate engagement
o Identifying diverse pools of global talent
o Building strong relationships with Hiring Managers
o Generating, analysing and using data to help inform decision making
o Proactively mapping global organisations and markets to identify the best pools of talent and generate market knowledge and intelligence.
o Building innovative and market leading candidate generation plans to attract passive talent
o Understanding the competitive landscape in Europe, APAC, Middle East & Africa, India, China and Latin America.
o Providing strong and tailored long-lists and shortlists for open roles and succession plans
o Managing and obsessing about exceptional candidate
o Assessing executive level talent through competency-based interviews

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
o Advisory recruitment capabilities of dealing with people on a senior level (i.e. HR Director, Senior Leadership)
o Talent sourcing experience - direct source; hands on experience; headhunting; 5+ years preferred.
o HR, Finance, Legal recruiting background preferred, Marketing & Sales next on list.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
o Excellent communication, relationship building and learning skills.
o A strong track record of recruiting mid to senior level positions specifically in Finance or Legal.
o Previous experience of working in a specialist search firm or recruitment agency specialising in recruiting Corporate functions roles
o A successful track record in senior level Recruiting / Resourcing
o A deep knowledge of direct sourcing strategies and proactive market mapping at a senior level
o An ability to build strong relationships with senior candidates, sometimes over a long period of time
o Strong business acumen and very strong consultative sales skills
o Enthusiasm and ability to prioritise effectively.
o The ability to organise and interpret information and identify key trends in markets.
