We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our very busy office in Peterborough City Centre, ideally we are looking for a candidate with previous experience as a successful Temporary Controller.
the ideal candidate will have over 3 years Recruitment experience, with great knowledge of 360 recruitment.
Full UK driving licence is essential with use of your own car.
Working hours 09:00 - 5:30pm
Key duties and understanding of;
- Sales - building a temporary desk
- Client and Candidate care
- Handling all payroll for temporary workers
- arranging and completing Client visits
- Registrations every week
- Sickness and Holiday enquiries
- New client conversion and maintaining client business
- Business development plan
