Senior Registered Home Manager

** 3 years Registered Manager Experience**
** Working with children and young people between ages 8 to 17**
** Leicestershire **
**Minimum of 5 years` experience in a residential care setting**
** £39,500 to £41,500 Dependant on experience**
** Full time and permanent **
** Annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks (subject to a maximum of 28 days) **
** Staff training and development opportunities**
**The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (QCF)**
** Minimum of 2 Ofsted sequential "Good" ratings at full inspection and min of 90% Occupancy over 12 months in existing or previous role as a Registered Children`s Home Manager**
** Experience of recovering a "failing" home to Ofsted "Good" or "Outstanding" within the past 24 months**

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Senior Registered Home Manager for an established residential children`s home provider, with seven regional homes. We look after children in care between the ages of eight and seventeen.
They must have direct and relevant experience in the residential sector for children at a management level, regulated by Ofsted. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

About the ideal candidate;

o Min of two Ofsted sequential "Outstanding" Ratings at two full Ofsted inspections as a Registered Children`s Homes Manager.
o To have achieved the above in a minimum of three bed children`s home
o Minimum of three years` experience as a Registered Children`s Homes Manager
o Min of 5-year experience in a residential care setting
o QCF Level 5 or equivalent


For this full time and permanent role, we are offering a starting salary of up to £41,500. up to £3,000 occupancy bonus) In addition, there is also an on-call allowance of approximately £1,000 PA You will also receive masses of support, training, qualifications and more.
